Makes: 12
Ingredients:
6tbsp golden syrup
8oz oats
4oz DF butter
2oz sugar
pinch of salt
Method:
Pre-head the over to 180 degrees
Melt the butter and syrup over a low heat
Mix the oats, sugar and salt in a bowl, then add the melted ingredients; mix well until all oats are covered
Put mixed into a grease-proof lined tin and smooth down with the back of a spoon
Bake for 15 - 20 minutes or until golden brown
Mark out your portions and leave to cool.
