Ingredients:
Sponge:
4oz caster sugar
4oz self raising flour
4oz DF butter
3oz Nesquik hot chocolate powder
1 tsp baking powder
2 eggs
12 cupcake cases
Icing:
5oz DF butter
12oz icing sugar
2tbsp Newsquik hot chocolate powder
yummy treats to decorate!
Method:
Pre-heat the oven to 170 degrees
Line the tin with cupcake cases.
Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix well (don't forget the baking powder and sieve the Nesquik!)
Put a tbsp of mix in each cupcake case (top up each case if you have leftover mixture).
Bake for 30 - 35 minutes.
Put cupcakes on a cooling rack and leave for 1 hour (before icing).
For icing, mix the butter and icing sugar together then sieve the Nesquik powder into the icing.
Decorate however you like! (if the icing is a bit runny, put the cupcakes in the fridge to set for 15 minutes).
